Established in 1995, FlightSupport Ltd. is a member of the InterIsland Aviation Services Group. The Company was created to serve as agents for airline ticket sales and eventually expanded its services into the commercial airline ground handling business. Through the 2008 acquisition of Paradise Group and subsequent consolidation with their subsidiary, Professional Flight Support, the company became the largest ground handling operator at Providenciales International Airport (PLS). With a multilingual professional staff of 140, FlightSupport Ltd. has significantly improved the quality of Ground Handling services available at Providenciales and has arguably the highest on time performance (for controllable delays) across its airline customers within the region.
FlightSupport Ltd. currently provides complete above and below-wing support to the following scheduled air carriers: Air Canada, InterCaribbean Airways, Bahamasair, British Airways, Delta Airlines, United Airlines, Southwest Airlines and WestJet. We also provide adhoc services to charter companies such as Miami Air and many others. The company has received a number of awards and commendations from its airline partners including WestJet, Delta and the prestigious Silver Long Haul Award from British Airways.

Lyndon R. Gardiner is the founder and chairman of the InterIsland Aviation Services Group. The group consisting of the Turks and Caicos Flag carrier airline interCaribbean Airways, aircraft maintenance provider Caribbean Aviation Maintenance Services, private jet facility Provo Air Center and commercial ground support company FlightSupport, Ltd. provides a complete range of aviation services from its base in the Turks and Caicos Islands to the Caribbean and the Latin American region. Born on North Caicos in 1967 in the small community of Bottle Creek, Gardiner was raised under the loving but stern influence of his fisherman/legislator grandfather, who imbued him with a strong work ethic and commitment to bettering himself and his country. He attended high school on North Caicos and Grand Turk, after which he pursued a career in banking and corporate management before attending flight school in Florida. Gardiner has been committed to encouraging economic self-reliance for the Turks and Caicos by providing a variety of services that promote travel and tourism, producing steady, quality employment.
Gardiner’s achievements earned him the 2004 Businessperson of the Year Award from the Turks and Caicos Chamber of Commerce, an occasion which prompted the Turks and Caicos Free Press to dub him “THE Businessman” in recognition of his local economic impact and relevance. He was invited to lead the TCInvest Agency as Chairman for over two years, a program tasked with granting loans and technical advice to encourage the creation of local businesses. He was also a Member of the United Kingdom bi-lateral Air Services Agreement team negotiating air routes for United Kingdom airlines with the Republic of Cuba in 2011. In the face of political, economic and personal challenges, Gardiner’s companies continue to grow today, as does his reputation of being a force in the Caribbean for continuing development of the region.
